Opening Keynote: Leticia Meitzen
Leticia Meitzen is a dynamic leader and passionate advocate who has spent over two decades igniting change and uplifting communities across the country. A proud graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Leticia has devoted her career to the nonprofit sector, working tirelessly to amplify voices, build bridges, and create lasting impact. She currently serves as the Training and Public Relations Coordinator for Community Action of Nebraska, where she leads with purpose, strategy, and heart.
National Community Action Foundation: David Bradley
For over 30 years, David Bradley has been a leading national advocate for low-income programs and a driving force behind the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG). As co-founder and CEO of the National Community Action Foundation (NCAF), David has shaped major legislation impacting Community Action—including Weatherization, LIHEAP, Head Start, and more. His commitment to justice, policy, and people continues to uplift the entire network.
