On July 31, 2024, we celebrated 60 years of Community Action in Texas at the LBJ Presidential Library. Leaders from across the state gathered to honor our collective impact and vision for the future. The event featured inspiring stories from CAA leaders, insights from Rep. James Talarico and Dalitso Sulamoyo of the National Community Action Partnership, and recognition of three outstanding community partners. This milestone reaffirmed our commitment to innovation and support for Texas communities as we continue our mission to combat poverty and empower families statewide.
